Real Housewives of Orange County alum Lynne Curtin’s daughter, Alexa Curtin, was sentenced to six days in county jail for possession of meth, Us Weekly can exclusively report.

According to records obtained by Us, Alexa, 32, was booked on June 3 due to an outstanding warrant. She was appointed a public defender and pleaded guilty to all counts. The court ordered her to serve six days in Orange County Jail, with credit for time served.

Alexa’s time behind bars stemmed from an encounter with police on August 8, 2022.

Prosecutors hit Alexa with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of paraphernalia, due to her having an opium pipe or device or “paraphernalia used for unlawfully injecting or smoking a controlled substance.”

Alexa did not appear at a December 2022 hearing on the matter. Another hearing was held in August 2023, but she did not appear. The same month the court issued a warrant of arrest with bail set at $10,000.

The Garden Grove Police Department served the warrant on Alexa in January 2024 but did not arrest her. A hearing was held in March 2024, but she failed to appear again. Another bench warrant was issued by the court.

Court records show that Alexa was pulled over by the Garden Grove Police Department on April 7, 2024, for an expired registration on the car she was driving.

The ticket listed Alexa as not having a home address. She was cited for two outstanding warrants and told to appear in court. The court set an arraignment for June 11, 2024, but Alexa did not show.

The case had no movement until last month when the Anaheim Police Department served Alexa with the latest warrant. In addition to six days in jail, she was ordered to pay more than $200 in fines.

Alexa has a long history of run-ins with law enforcement. In 2019, she faced charges of possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, petty theft, vandalism, and driving under the influence. The reality star’s daughter pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Back in 2017, Alexa was awarded $2 million as part of a lawsuit she brought over an alleged sexual assault by an Orange County sheriff. The defendants denied all allegations of wrongdoing.

Lynne was a main cast member of Real Housewives of Orange County from season 4, which aired in 2008, to season 5, which ended in 2010.

At the time, Lynne told fans, “Rumor has it that I will not be returning for ‘season 6.’ That rumor is true! Further rumor has it we will be back somewhere else on our own show! Hmmmm! ‘Watch what happens.’ Life is so unpredictable! Enjoy!”

Lynne ended up returning as a guest for season 6 and then again for season 10.

Lynne and her estranged husband, Frank Curtin, have been attempting to divorce for over a decade. The ex-RHOC star filed for divorce in December 2012 after 22 years of marriage. The case was dismissed in late 2017 due to the parties not moving it forward.

Lynne refiled in April 2019, but she never served the paperwork. Her second attempt was dismissed in July 2023.
