South Korean news agency Yonhap has said in a report on Wednesday that up three thousand North Korean troops have already been moved to Russia and a further ten thousand will be in the country by December.
The reported stated “About 3,000 N.K. soldiers move to Russia; 10,000 troops to be dispatched by Dec.”
