A teen was wounded in a cop-involved shooting Monday evening after NYPD officers fired their weapons to stop a Harlem gunfight between him and another suspect.

Officers responded to calls for shots fired outside the Wagner Houses on 123rd Street at roughly 5:30 p.m. and spotted an 18-year-old and a 15-year-old shooting at each other, police said.

Cops engaged the two shooters and at least one officer discharged their firearm, according to the NYPD.

The 15-year-old was struck in the knee and transported to Harlem Hospital in stable condition, sources said.

Investigators are still working to determine which party discharged the round that struck the teen, officials said.

Two persons of interest have been taken into custody and one firearm was recovered at the scene, the NYPD said.

Two NYPD officers were taken to New York Presbyterian Hospital for tinnitus, according to sources.
