Homelander kills the president in the Oval Office while Butcher and Frenchie build a Uranium Machine to try and replicate Soldier Boy’s powers on Kimiko.
Butcher and Hughie then find themselves at Vaught Studios, where they get captured as Starlight and Mother’s Milk also arrive at the studio and kill Sheline.
In the middle of testing the machine on Kimiko with Frenchie and Sister Sage, Homelander arrives. Frenchie hides Kimiko and Sister Sage from Homelander and lures him away, refusing to tell Homelander where his friends are hiding.
Frenchie tells Homelander they’ve successfully replicated Soldier Boy’s powers and warns him they’re going to destroy him. In the middle of this, Frenchie turns on the machine while he and Homelander are in it, which ends the episode with Homelander escaping, and a devastating ending for Frenchie.
