The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills delivered jaw-dropping drama on season 15 as tensions boiled over during the group’s Italy dinner when Erika Jayne confronted Dorit Kemsley about her chronic lateness — and the fallout left both Erika and Kyle Richards in tears.

The blow-up at the Italy dinner didn’t come out of nowhere — the tension between Erika Jayne, Kyle Richards and Dorit Kemsley had been simmering for weeks throughout the season, with a particularly tense confrontation during a March 2026 episode setting the stage for what was to come.
Kyle and Erika had separated Dorit from the group for a “private” conversation that quickly went south. Dorit revealed she doesn’t “trust” Kyle, and when things got heated, she left in the group van, telling them, “Go f*** yourselves.”
Castmate Bozoma Saint John told Us Weekly she sees Erika as “an innocent bystander” in the Kyle-Dorit feud. “Erika has been such a great balance between Kyle and Dorit,” she explained. “I mean, she’s known them the longest, and to see her sort of in the middle and then break was shocking.”
Erika Jayne Calls Out Dorit Kemsley Over Lateness at ‘RHOBH’ Italy Dinner
The dinner table showdown kicked off when Erika Jayne took direct aim at Dorit Kemsley for keeping the rest of the group waiting. What started as a call-out about punctuality quickly turned into one of the most heated confrontations of the season, with Erika making it clear she was done biting her tongue on behalf of the group.
“I don’t owe you anything other than the truth, which is we don’t like it,” Erika said. “I’ll say it because these motherf***ers won’t. We don’t like it. How about that?”
Dorit praised Erika for being “honest and direct” before explaining she had been on the phone with her kids: son Jagger, 12, and daughter Phoenix, 10. Erika wasn’t having it.
“Great, how long does that take? We all have kids. Why would you keep us all waiting? Because your kids are more important than everybody else’s kids?” Erika said. “Send us a text and say, ‘Hey, I’m checking on my kids, I’ll be down in five.’ … You don’t think you need to do that?”

As voices rose at the dinner table, the argument between Erika Jayne and Dorit Kemsley took a hard turn from complaints about punctuality into deeply personal territory. When Rachel Zoe attempted to come to Dorit’s defense, Erika shut her down. The exchange hit a nerve when Dorit questioned whether Erika had any problems of her own — and the response was fierce.
“Are you kidding? What the f*** do you think it is? My husband went to prison. The f*** are you talking about? I’m going to trial,” Erika said. “Your kids and your divorce are like — let’s not do the pain thing. Like, where we do the pain Olympics.”
Erika’s estranged husband, Tom Girardi, was convicted of wire fraud in 2024 and sentenced to seven years in prison. While Erika was never charged with a crime, the trustee presiding over Tom’s bankruptcy case sued her for $25 million. That trial is set to start later this year.
The exchange sharpened when Dorit told Erika, “When I said you need to work and you need to contribute, I didn’t mean you need to be a c***.”
“Dorit, I’m the one who brought the word c*** to this group, you’re late,” Erika responded.

After the final exchange of insults, Dorit Kemsley got up and walked away from the dinner table. The emotional weight of the evening caught up with Erika Jayne in the moments that followed, and Kyle Richards moved to console her while also crying.
“This isn’t fun to be like this with your friends,” Kyle said. Erika added, “These two have protected me and helped me, and the three of us are very tight. I don’t like to see them fighting.”
In a confessional, Erika opened up further: “I hate this. I hate feeling this way. I don’t give out my heart or my friendship easily. I care for her, but I don’t know where Dorit and my friendship stand. I’ve never really felt this angry or this hurt by her before.”
Kyle Richards Confirms She and Erika Jayne Are Not Speaking to Dorit Kemsley
The fallout from the Italy trip has extended well beyond what viewers have seen play out on screen this season, with the relationships among the three women remaining fractured months after filming wrapped. Kyle Richards revealed in December 2025 on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen that she and Erika Jayne are no longer speaking to Dorit Kemsley.
In an exclusive interview with Us Weekly, Kyle went into further detail about the frustration that led to the break.
“I didn’t think we were supposed to say, but it pretty much came out at BravoCon that Erika and I are not speaking with Dorit and vice versa, because we had a very big blowout on our cast trip,” Kyle said. “She’s not open-minded to listening to you, and when she has something in her head, that’s it. It’s really frustrating to try to have a conversation with her. Unfortunately, we tried to fix things, and it was like two steps forward, three steps back.”
