Perth’s most expensive apartment has just been listed for sale in Cottesloe, with a price tag of $25 million.
The three-bedroom property, known as “The Glasshouse,” is part of The Warnham development on Marine Parade and offers the only complete view of Cottesloe’s coastline.
If sold for asking price, it will become the most expensive apartment sold in Perth, and the most expensive property sale so far this year.
It comes as Perth is on track to become the second most expensive capital city in Australia to buy a property, with the latest figures showing the median dwelling price now sits at just over $1 million.
Space Real Estate said the apartment had already received strong interest from local, interstate and international buyers.
