Kim Zolciak and her estranged husband, Kroy Biermannwere forced to move out of their foreclosed home by U.S. marshals, Us Weekly can confirm.

Legal documents obtained by Us on Wednesday, June 11, reveal that Zolciak, 47, and Biermann, 39, vacated the Alpharetta, Georgia property on Tuesday, April 8, between the hours of 3:30 and 6:45 p.m.

According to the filing, a judge commanded a marshal to “remove said Defendant together with his/her property hereon from said house and premises and to deliver full and quiet possession of same to the Plaintiff herein.”

The plaintiff is Heritage Select Homes, a real estate developer in the Atlanta suburbs.

Us has reached out to Zolciak’s rep for comment.

In January, Zolciak and Biermann sold their home for $2.75 million one month after it went up for public auction while facing foreclosure. The selling price was nearly $4 million less than the $6 million the home was originally listed for back in October 2023. The exes purchased the property in 2011 for $880,000.

The couple filed for divorce in May 2023 after 11 years of marriage. They’ve engaged in a contentious war of words throughout their split, especially concerning their financial situation.

“I’m the one who pays all the bills. All the kids’ clothes, all the school clothes, most of the food,” Zolciak claimed to TMZ in September 2024. “He has not paid a bill in that house. He’s paid two electric bills in the last 18 months — not a cable [bill], water [bill], phone [bill], nothing. That man has not paid a bill in that house. [My daughter] Brielle has helped more than he has.”

At the time, Biermann responded to her claims via his lawyer Marlys A. Bergstrom, who told Us, “I find it ironic that this interview took place at LAX. Who’s watching the kids? The answer is Kroy. He’s in Georgia working 40-plus hours a week, taking care of the kids and trying to get the marital residence sold so that family can avoid foreclosure.”

Zolciak and Biermann share sons KJ, 14, and Kash, 12, and twins Kaia and Kane, both 11. Biermann is also the adoptive father of Zolciak’s daughters Ariana, 23, and Brielle, 28, from past relationships.

The day of their forced move, Zolciak took to her Instagram Stories to notify her 3. 2 million followers that she was selling Ariana’s childhood furniture for the price of $10,000.

“Hand-painted perfect condition,” The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum captioned a photo of a colorful bedroom with a pink and purple bed, blue cabinets and a white desk, among other pieces. Zolciak added: “Paid $43,657.00. Pick up only.”

The month prior, Ariana had posted a farewell video to the house via social media, writing, “Last christmas in my childhood home thank you god for the amazing memories w my family — goodbye <3.”

She explained at the time that it was “where I watched my little siblings grow up into the little humans that they are now, even though they’re all literally taller than me. These [rooms] are where I made such core memories at that house with my family. Like, I’ve lived there since I’m 11. That’s still my childhood home, like, da f***.”
